With 19 tastefully appointed bedrooms, The Swan at Hay provides the perfect base from which to explore the world renowned town of Hay-on-Wye, the Brecon Beacons and the Welsh/Herefordshire Marches. Each room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower whilst most rooms also have a bath. All rooms are equipped with flatscreen TV, tea & coffee making facilities and complementary toiletries. Each bedroom features botanical studies created by local artist Lea Gregory. Check-in from 15:00, whilst check-out is at 11:00.
We have limited car parking on site (as we were designed for horses) but have a pay and display immediately adjacent to the hotel.

Spoil yourself by upgrading to one of our spacious and luxurious Deluxe Doubles, which also have the potential to be family rooms. Some of these rooms can be twinned upon request.
Superior Double
These rooms are all unique in shape and size, some with views over the garden, the Radnorshire Hills or street views of the Market Town of Hay-on-Wye. Some of these rooms can be twinned upon request.
Classic Double
Clean and comfortable rooms with all you require for a short break in Hay on Wye. Some of these room types are located in our charming Coach House which are also dog-friendly (as is the majority of the public areas).
