COVID-19 Policy at The Swan at Hay

The safety and wellbeing of our colleagues, guests and visitors has always been our main priority.  We have implemented measures in order to create a safe environment for everyone.  We are constantly monitoring and reviewing best practice from the Government, as this changes we will update our methods and processes accordingly.

COVID-19 Guest Guidelines
  • Book bulletWe request you make your reservation in advance of your arrival and advise us of your dining requirements
  • Book bulletWe will require full name, address with postcode, contact telephone number and email address at the time of booking
  • Book bulletYou will receive an email to confirm your reservation which will include a link to our website advising our COVID-19 policy and guidelines
  • Book bulletThe cost of your stay should be paid prior to or on arrival (we do not accept American Express or Diners cards, or currently cash payment)
  • Book bulletIf you require to make any changes to your reservation please ensure to contact our reservations team as soon as possible
