Weddings at The Swan at Hay

The Swan at Hay Hotel, set in the romantic Welsh Marches, on the Herefordshire/Powys border, is a truely wonderful setting for your wedding. With Georgian elegance, romantic gardens and an excellent front of house team, we work closely with you to ensure that you have the perfect wedding day.

The Swan at Hay is licenced to hold civil ceremonies in The Garden Room, overlooking our beautiful walled garden. The Coach House Suite can accommodate up to 120 guests for the wedding breakfast. If your wedding is a more intimate affair, then you may wish to use The Garden Room for a wedding breakfast for up to 50 guests. With the ceremony complete, the gardens provide a perfect backdrop for photographs and drinks reception. The wonderful Georgian rooms can also provide an indoor location if necessary.
