TARIFF

The following prices are correct from 1st April 2011:

Single Room: £75.00
Standard Double for Single Occupancy £89.00
Courtyard Room: £99.00
Standard Double Room: £110.00
Large Standard Double Room: £120.00
Superior Double Room: £145.00
Family Room (2 adults and 1 child) £170.00

All prices are per room, include VAT and also include a full Welsh breakfast. All rooms are en-suite.

EXTRAS
We have travel cots available for small children.
We welcome well behaved dogs in our courtyard rooms for an additional £6.00 per night.

Please note that these rates are not applicable during the Hay Festival and at Christmas and New Year.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We take a credit/debit card number in order to guarantee your booking. No deposit is paid or money taken from the card. However, if you need to cancel your booking we require 48hours' notice otherwise you may be charged for the first night's bed and breakfast. If you do not turn up for the duration of your stay we reserve the right to take the full amount if we are unable to re-sell the rooms.
