The following prices are correct until 31st March 2011:

Single Room: £75.00
Standard Double for Single Occupancy £89.00
Courtyard Room: £99.00
Standard Double Room: £99.00
Large Standard Double Room: £110.00
Superior Double Room: £125.00
Family Room (2 adults and 1 child) £150.00

All prices are per room, include VAT and also include a full Welsh breakfast.

Extras
We have travel cots available for small children.
We welcome well behaved dogs in our Courtyard rooms for an additional £6.00 per night.

Please note that these rates are not applicable during the Hay Festival and at Christmas and New Year.

SPECIAL OFFERS

Spring Break (until 15th June 2010. Subject to availability)
Enjoy two nights’ dinner, bed and breakfast and have the third night’s bed and breakfast completely free.

Walking Break
Walkers are spoilt for choice when staying in Hay-on-Wye: The Golden Valley, The Brecon Beacons, Offa's Dyke, walks around the shops... When staying on the Walking Break, after a hearty breakfast we'll send you off with a packed lunch, maps of the local area and water. When you return, we'll look after any wet clothes (this is Wales after all) while you have a relaxing bath and get ready for an evening meal. We'll provide everything you need to make the most of what Hay has to offer.

Cancellation Policy
We require 48hours’ notice otherwise the full first night’s accommodation will be charged
