RESTAURANT

The Brecon Beacons and Welsh Marches are known for the wonderful produce that is available. Chef Harry Mackintosh uses his classic French training to create dishes that everyone will enjoy and that reflect the local area. You can enjoy these dishes every day in the informal Bistro or in the elegant Garden Room Restaurant. 

We serve food daily from midday - 2.00pm and from 6.30pm - 9.00pm. The hotel is open every day from 8.00am for tea, coffee and cakes. 

PRIVATE DINING 
The Swan is the perfect venue to hold a lunch or dinner for a special occasion. We will work with you to create a menu that will impress both you and your guests. There are different spaces available to seat up to 120 guests. Please call us if you would like to discuss a special menu.  

SUPPLIERS
Most of our suppliers live locally and are a short distance of The Swan. If you would like to take a taste of Hay home with you, they would be only too delighted to show you around their shops, farms and outlets.
