A Taste of Wales

Dining at The Swan at Hay

Herefordshire, the Brecon Beacons and the Welsh Marches are all known for their wonderful produce. Chef Jerry Adam has created new modern, local menus, including seasonal Welsh dishes using produce from local suppliers. Jerry joins us from his previous roles at Ynyshir Restaurant, Llangoed Hall & The Bath Priory. The local approach continues with crockery hand-made by Pauline Patterson in Hay and coffee roasted in small batches in Cusop by Black Mountain Roast.
