The Swan at Hay Hotel is a delightful small hotel and restaurant in Hay-on-Wye in The Brecon Beacons National Park where a warm welcome awaits you. The hotel is owned and run by brother and sister Amy and Harry Mackintosh. Harry trained in France and uses his classic French training to create delicious dishes from the wonderful produce available locally while Amy and her charming front-of-house team will look after you throughout your stay. When staying at The Swan at Hay you can be sure of a wam welcome and good food.
